Please note that the apartment opens directly onto the street. ➤ Living Room Living room with plenty of natural light, equipped with a sofa, TV, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. Dining table for 2 people. ➤ Kitchenette The kitchenette, open-plan with the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, oven combined with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, stove, electric kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). ➤ Bedroom Features a suite with a queen-size bed (), a spacious wardrobe, and air conditioning. Opens onto a small hallway covered with acrylic ceiling, maintaining the natural brightness of the space. ➤ Bathrooms You will find an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a social bathroom. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
