Please note that the apartment opens directly onto the street. ➤ Living Room Living room with plenty of natural light, equipped with a sofa, TV, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. Dining table for 2 people. ➤ Kitchenette The kitchenette, open-plan with the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, oven combined with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, stove, electric kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). ➤ Bedroom Features a suite with a queen-size bed (), a spacious wardrobe, and air conditioning. Opens onto a small hallway covered with acrylic ceiling, maintaining the natural brightness of the space. ➤ Bathrooms You will find an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a social bathroom.
