Also featuring a shared outdoor pool and children's pool amidst green spaces. - Living Room Equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and air conditioning, opening onto an inviting private balcony with views and direct access to the pool. - Kitchen Fully equipped with oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, and Dolce Gusto espresso coffee machine (coffee not included). The kitchen extends onto the front balcony, with a dining table and BBQ to enjoy the magnificent Algarve weather. - Bedrooms On the first floor, accessed by stairs, two bedrooms, both with spacious wardrobes, air conditioning, and access to a charming balcony. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. - Bathrooms The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. - Pool Outdoor pool with sun loungers and children's pool for the little ones' enjoyment, open all year from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM. - Parking One free parking space in the garage. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
