Surroundings of the flat Situated in one of the centres of Greater Porto, in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, located a 15-minute walk straight from the centre of Porto, this accommodation is surrounded by means to make your experience more welcoming. As you leave the accommodation, you will find the emblematic São Bento Railway Station within a 20-minute walk. The enigmatic and refurbished Mercado do Bolhão, is close by as well as Torre dos Clérigos, Aliados and Rua de Santa Catarina. The building is surrounded by shops and restaurants, such as Cervejaria Levare (1,5 km) with its famous francesinhas or Restaurante Escondidinho (1,5 km) whose menu is full of traditional Portuguese food. The narrow streets with slender houses that flow into the Douro River lead you to Cais de Gaia (10 minutes) where there is an extensive restaurant area with the best local cuisine and excellent wines. About 100 meters from the accommodation, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset at the mouth of the Douro River in places like Jardim do Morro or Serra do Vilar. If you need hospital care you only need to go 2,5 Km to the Santo António Hospital and the nearest pharmacy is 2 minutes away from the establishment.
