3 rooms house of 131m² in Lourinhã

I’m renting out my house in Portugal for the summer — July and August. It’s located about 60 km from Lisbon, in the Lourinhã area, just a 10-minute walk from Praia da Areia Branca. The location is great for surfing: no rocks, several surf schools nearby, and Peniche (Baleal) is close as well. Summer here is very comfortable — it doesn’t get too hot thanks to the fresh ocean breeze. The area is not densely built up, with only a few neighbors around. Restaurants are within walking distance. The house is modern, with large windows and lots of natural light. It has 3 full bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a large garage. Outside, there is a swimming pool, a grill, and a fire pit. I’m also open to stays from two weeks. I can send a video tour and more details upon request.
