The apartment is located on the 8th floor with a lift. •The configuration of apartments is as follows: a living room with air conditioning which can be used for both cooling and heating, a Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube, prime and Netflix using your account) , coffee table, a breakfast bar and stools, leading to the open plan kitchen-including an electric oven, 2 electric hobs, all usual cutlery and utensils to make any full meal, french press coffee jug, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a full size fridge-freezer. •Large bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet, a sink and a wash basin with storage. •The balcony hosts a 4 seater dining table and chairs, with a comfy bench to enjoy the sunset behind.
