Spacious and confortable one bedroom apartment, very bright and sunny. It's located at 2km from the neareast beach and a 20 min walk to the Oura strip, famous for it's bars and restaurants. The apartment bedroom has one double bed, private balcony and buit in closet. The living room has a sofa that can be transformed into a confortable double bed, tv and a large balcony with table and chairs where the guests can enjoy their meals. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge/ freezer, stove and oven, microwave and toaster. Transfer service from and to the airport can be provided for an extra fee. Pets are allowed, however we charge an extra cleaning fee for guests bringing their pets. Gas heating cost is not included in the rent.
