Welcome to Lisbon! My cosy studio accommodates 2 guests and is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Alfama, Feira da Ladra Flea Market and Graça. You’ll enjoy an intimate, elegant, and functional space with all essential comforts for a relaxing stay with a double bed (size cm). Small dogs welcome with prior approval. //Location highlights// ::: Central location close to Santa Apolonia metro & train, shops, gardens, and restaurants ::: The famous 28 tram stop and main attractions nearby //Better know before booking// ::: 2nd floor of a traditional Lisbon downtown building ::: 3 flights of rather steep and narrow stairs (common in downtown Lisbon — no lift). Travelling light recommended. ::: Fully equipped for a comfortable stay ::: A/C (cold/heat), with environment friendly settings (turns off 23ºC in winter and when no presence is detected) ::: Queen bed size cm ::: Small pets are allowed only after host approval. Please ::: As reflected in my reviews, the apartment has no history of pest issues and is regularly treated and monitored. However, pest activity is a known seasonal issue in Lisbon, particularly in warmer months, and while I take every preventive measure, occasional occurrences beyond my control cannot be entirely excluded.
