Just a 1-minute walk from Praia da Rainha and 5 minutes from the Cascais Citadel, an old fortress dating back to the 15th century, currently rehabilitated as an artistic center of contemporary art. Access to the apartment is via steep and narrow stairs. The street of the building is strictly pedestrian and comes to life with its various restaurants, terraces, and local shops. Due to commercial activity, the presence of terraces, and proximity to tourist spots, it is a bustling street, especially during the bathing season. Therefore, some external noise can be expected. - Living Room Neutral tones, with some splashes of color, make the living room an inviting space to relax at the end of a day of exploration. A compact yet comfortable room, equipped with a sofa, TV, dining table, and air conditioning.
