This home is 124 square meters of pure magic. Saleh lays roots in the most central part of the city: Santos. This neighborhood is the epicenter of history, cuisine, and culture; Saleh and its guests get to revel in it. The neighborhood gleams, but the amenities champion, too. An indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room can remedy all relaxation needs. Wellness enthusiasts will rejoice with the state-of-the-art gym and yoga room. All other requests can be satisfied with the exceptional concierge service included in the Saleh stay. Parking is also provided. Step inside this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath gem to find design of the highest degree. The first door on the right leads to the detached bathroom. Enveloped in white marble from floor to ceiling, this half-bath exudes luxury. A couple more paces down the hall lead to a luminous living space, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is a culinary celebration; with a high-top breakfast bar, dazzling under lights, and stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Just past the kitchen, guests will find an outdoor paradise: an extraordinary 30 square meter patio. Saleh’s patio is a sampling of Indonesian greenery in one area, a four-person dining table in another, and a lounge space perfectly suited for sun-soaked bliss at the far end. Back inside, the living and dining room carry on the Sumbawa island inspiration. A spacious four-person dining set lends itself to design and rattan lighting. The living room is no exception to this well-styled delight with curated wall hangings. Just a step away from the entertaining space is a dedicated workspace with a view. The back hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the remaining two bathrooms. The first bathroom to the right is a part of the ensuite bedroom. It maintains tradition with a full covering of white marble. This bathroom offers modernity with its current fixtures and all-glass shower. The attached bedroom is equally luxurious with hand-selected decor pieces, a queen-sized bed, and ample storage. To the right of the room is a set of sliding doors leading back to the patio. The second bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom. Indulge in opulence with Saleh’s final bathroom. Spacious and contemporary, the marbled, attached bath presents a full-sized shower and tub combination. The second bedroom ties together touches of tropical verdure and creamy linens and textiles. Abundant storage space and a queen-sized bed complete the space.
