The apartment is also located 5 minutes from the Rato metro station, making it an excellent location to get around. → Building The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a garage and elevator. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed with balcony, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and bidet. → Living Room The living room is an open space with the kitchen and features a flat screen TV, a cozy sofa bed, air conditioning and dining table. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
