Located in Campo de Ourique, one of the most central and traditional areas of Lisbon, between Jardim da Estrela and the trendy Príncipe Real area, it is surrounded by stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and green areas. The apartment is located only 5 minutes from the Rato metro station, making it an excellent location to get around. → Building The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building equipped with a garage and elevator. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and bidet. → Living Room The living room is an open space with the kitchen and features a flat screen TV, a cozy sofa bed, air conditioning, and access to the outdoor patio with exterior dining area. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
