Street parking is available, subject to availability and paid. Telheiras, characterized by typical buildings from the 1980s, is a quiet area, perfect for those who want to explore Lisbon without sacrificing the tranquility of a peripheral neighborhood. As it is an older building, it has some unique characteristics of its age, such as a greater propensity for humidity and characteristic odors. - Living Room With classic decor and plenty of natural light, the living room features a TV, air conditioning, a seating area with comfortable sofas, and a dining table for 6 people. - Bedrooms The space includes 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds (which can be converted into a double bed). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season. - Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms: one complete with a bathtub and a guest bathroom. - Kitchen The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine (coffee not included), and a washing machine and dishwasher. Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
