Just a few steps away from Saldanha and Picoas metro stations and also within convenient walking distance to the main sights, restaurants, cafes, parks and shopping centers, the apartment becomes the perfect place for couples or solo travelers to enjoy the charm of Lisbon's grand boulevards and cosmopolitan lifestyle. → Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and garage and is equipped with air conditioning. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable single sofa bed, a dining table for 4 people, and access to the balcony. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rack. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
