The space is designed for both work and relaxation, with a dedicated dining table for two. - Kitchenette: Fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay convenient – a 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and Krups coffee machine (coffee pods not included). There's also a handy washing machine for your convenience. - Bathroom: A sleek, modern bathroom with a rain-shower effect provides a refreshing experience. Since the bathroom has no windows, we recommend keeping the door open and airing the studio regularly to avoid any humidity buildup. - Storage: A spacious built-in wardrobe in the hallway provides ample space to keep your belongings organized and your living area tidy. - Parking: in the residential garage; subject to an extra cost of 5€/day. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
