Renovation work is ongoing in the building and nearby, with no scheduled completion date. → Bed The apartment has a comfortable double bed. → Living Area The living area has a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a balcony overlooking the street. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and hand-held coffee maker (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
