The studio is on the ground floor of the building. → Bed The apartment has a comfortable double bed. → Bathroom It also features a bathroom with a shower. → Kitchenette The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, electric stove, and toaster. → Private Patio The studio opens onto a pleasant private interior patio, with a comfortable seating area. → Common Sitting Area At the entrance of the building, there is a small but inviting sitting area, perfect for sharing experiences with other guests. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
