The Palácio de Cristal gardens, Avenida da Boavista and Avenida dos Aliados are just a 15-minute walk away, making this a privileged location in Porto city center. → Building The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building, built from a 19th century industrial complex. → Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine floor. It is a very spacious area that also has a dedicated workspace. → Bathroom The apartment has a complete bathroom. → Living/Dining room The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 2 people. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Garage The apartment offers a parking garage for 5€ per day. The request must be done with at least 48 hours in advance. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
