This two-bedroom duplex apartment is located right in the heart of the city, near the renowned Convento do Carmo and its museum. Within walking distance of the Baixa Pombalina, many museums and historical landmarks are nearby, along with a wide variety of public transport options, such as the Rossio Metro station just 300 meters away! → Building The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Please note that access to the apartment is via steep and narrow stairs. Like many in this historic city, it is an old building and, as such, presents particular challenges such as poor soundproofing and an outdated plumbing system. The apartment is situated in a very busy area, especially on weekends, with restaurants and bars nearby. If you want to experience Lisbon's nightlife, this is the ideal place for you! Car access is restricted – allowed only for taxis (Ubers/Bolts not included) and residents. → Bedrooms The apartment has two compact bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and another with two single beds (trundle) and a desk. Please note that both rooms have areas with low ceilings. Bedrooms are access through steep and narrow stairs. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with showers. One of the bathrooms is interior, without windows, so we recommend leaving the door open whenever possible and ventilating the house to avoid odors and moisture accumulation from showers. → Living Room The living room is rich in sunlight from the large windows and has a flat-screen TV and a dining table. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded.
