In a historical & renovated building from the 20th century, this charming two-bedroom apartment (equipped with double glazed windows) is located in one of Lisbon’s much prized areas, on the corner of Rua Garrett, just next to ''Largo Camões''. The city's best historical sites (the world's oldest bookstore is at the apartment's building!), viewpoints and stores are within walking distance, and public transportation is easily accessible (Baixa-Chiado Metro Station is 190m away). → Building The building is early 20th century and full of charm! The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator (after the first flight of stairs with 22 steps) with lots of natural light, and sweeping views over the street. Due to its age, the building presents some inherent challenges, such as an outdated plumbing system. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with air conditioner, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub and shower. Please note that the bathrooms are interior (without windows), so we advise airing out the spaces frequently during your stay to prevent the accumulation of humidity from showers and characteristic odors. → Living Room/Dining Room The living room has flat screen TV with cable connection, a comfortable sofa, a sofa-bed, air conditioning and a dining table for 6. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with washing/drying machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and a filter coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
