The prime location makes Riu within easy reach of Lisbon's top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. With its generous 111 square meters of living space, Riu offers a comfortable and convenient stay for families, groups, or business travelers. Featuring three double bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a dedicated workstation, Riu is designed to cater to your comfort and productivity needs. The two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, come complete with bathtubs for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring the city. The external balcony, which can be accessed through two of the bedrooms, offers a perfect spot to enjoy the morning sunshine or unwind with a book in the evening. The open plan living room and kitchen area provide a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning throughout the apartment, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season.
