Pescaia boasts two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed that promises restful nights and balcony access. One of the bedrooms offers the luxury of an ensuite bathroom, complete with a relaxing bathtub. The second detached bathroom is chic and functional in design. The heart of Pescaia is its inviting living room, a space carefully curated with beach design theme to create a soothing ambiance, evoking relaxation of a seaside getaway. An entertainment system ensures leisure and enjoyment, while the dedicated workstation allows you to stay productive.The dining table offers the perfect setting for meals and gatherings. From the living room, step out onto the balcony that offers outdoor sitting space.
