One of the bedrooms even grants access to a 18m2 terrace, a personal retreat where you can unwind. The detached half bathroom provides additional convenience. The heart of Mondego is its open-plan living room and kitchen, a space designed for both connectivity and relaxation. The design theme of the space is a celebration of the beach, with pops of ocean blue and coral orange and reflective surfaces that allow light to dance, reminiscent of the reflections of the sea. The living room is equipped with an entertainment system, a dedicated workstation, and a dining table. The seamless connection to the terrace adds an alfresco dimension to your living experience, where you’ll find an outdoor sitting and dining area. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, allowing for palette creativity to come to life.
