🏡 We’ll be away for the summer and are looking to sublet our apartment from 16 July to 25 August. 📍 Excellent location: on a quiet, tree-lined street just steps from São Sebastião metro station (Red and Blue lines) and a quick hop from El Corte Inglés & Parque Eduardo VII. There are plenty of nice cafés and a great yoga studio nearby, and a Lidl supermarket on the same street. Fully furnished 3 bedrooms, including one with a large workspace suitable for remote work Spacious living and dining area Fully equipped kitchen Plenty of natural light throughout 🐱 The apartment comes with two friendly resident cats, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable caring for them during their stay. ⚠️ Please note: on the 4th floor with no elevator, so may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
