EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. With elegant design, Koya is a 100 square meter apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The small details, from the fan in the entrance to the small bonsai tree above the TV, set this decor apart. Upon walking into the space, the entrance leads to a half bathroom to the left. The spacious main bedroom across the way comes with an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a bathtub with shower and two separate sinks. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and ample storage space. Past the ensuite bedroom, the modern kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and state-of-the-art appliances. Next to the kitchen, find a second bedroom also fitted with a queen-sized bed and a characteristic headboard. The living area feels open and clean, with a comfortable lounge area next to the small round dining table. There is a dedicated work area with a desk and shelving next to the dining area.
