Tradition blends with trend in this 137 square meters masterful home. Resting in the heart of Lisbon’s hip Santo Antonio neighborhood, Karoo embodies authenticity inside and outside the home. Explore the luxury shops, vibrant flavors, and enjoy the “Beverly Hills” of Lisbon. Take advantage of the neighborhood’s offer, Karoo’s interiors and the community garden space - guests are in for a full experience. Making a grand entrance, Karoo invites guests in through its unique, rounded front hall. From there, guests can step further into the space to find the detached bathroom through the first door on the left. A muted, gray marble fills the room and envelopes the walk-in shower while Saharan accessories complement the overall aesthetic. Continuing down the hall, the next door on the left leads to an exemplary space for cuisine. The under cabinet lighting highlights the marble countertops and backsplash. The modern appliances and necessary cooking utensils provide the kitchen with full utility. Across the hall is Karoo’s first bedroom. Continuing with the rounded exterior found in the entrance, the first bedroom boasts uniqueness and an unequivocal design. Organic textiles hang behind the queen-sized bed to tie together the desert-like themes. The space is complete with floor-to-ceiling storage lining the first wall. Karoo then opens up to a marvelous, open-concept living and dining room. The dining area at the right of the space offers blended seating arrangements fit for a large dinner party. A cooler color palette and desert greenery guide guests into the spacious living room, with its designer furnishings and full entertainment system. In the corner of the space is a dedicated workstation. An arch-shaped door leads to a stunning outdoor concept. With both a lounge and exterior dining area, the 22 square meter terrace offers the utmost multipurpose space. Karoo concludes with an ensuite bedroom to the right of the dining room. Stepping into the ensuite, the bathroom lays straight ahead complete with a full-sized shower and stylish accessories. Back through the bedroom, the space transforms into a full Saharan escape. An oriental rug, positioned under the queen-sized bed, grabs the attention of guests. A small seating area and built-in storage finish the space. For those looking to explore outside Libson’s city limits, Karoo comes with two on-site parking spaces.
