The apartment is on the ground floor and is small but full of character (and plants). It’s well-located next to Alfama, Graça and Anjos neighbourhoods, close to cafes, groceries, gyms, supermarkets, viewpoints, restaurants, bars, public transport, and all the cultural life that makes Lisbon so special. Your Room: Furnished with a double bed, nightstand and dresser Plenty of natural light throughout the day. The window faces the street. Perfect for resting or remote work. Movement sensor for when the alarm is on. Shared Spaces: Bathroom (shared, 1 in the apartment) Kitchen (fully equipped: stove, oven, fridge, etc.) Living Room (comfortable and relaxing) Terrace Area (small but lovely outdoor space – perfect for coffee or reading on the hammock while taking some sun) About Me: I’m Luís, the current tenant and your future flatmate.
