Brand new one-bedroom apartment, cosy and comfortable, with a lovely terrace, on the ground floor of our private small building (with 3 flats, one per floor). The house is fully furnished and equipped for a pleasant short or long term stay, either for sightseeing trip or as a work trip, it will surely meet your needs. There is a bedroom (double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sitting area and dinning area, and a bathroom (with a walk-in shower). The terrace has a nice little table and chairs, perfect for meals outside on warm sunny days. The bedroom has an open wardrobe and there is a storage area in the terrace, perfect for your empty travel bags or other large items. It is located in the traditional neighborhood of Campolide, only 3,5 km from the city historical center, with lots of shops and local commerce, you can find anything within 5-10 min walk. Amoreiras shopping center is only about 6 min away, Marquês de Pombal or Rato about 20 min walk. Getting to different areas of the city is quite easy by bus - you'll find many bus lines under 5 min walk. And of course walking - it's always the best way to get to know the city. The two closest subway stations are about 20 min away.
