It is situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator. ➔ Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One is a suite with a double bed and TV, and the other has two single beds. ➔ Bathrooms There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One is an ensuite with a shower, and the other has a bathtub. ➔ Living Room The bright living room, which opens onto an inviting balcony with a dining table, offers a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace. ➔ Kitchen The kitchen, connected to the living room by a counter, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). ➔ Pools Take full advantage of the 4 pools, one of which is climate-controlled (adapted to the outdoor temperature), open year-round, as well as children’s pools and comfortable sun loungers. ➔ Playground and Mini-Golf Have fun with your family and create lasting memories - a playground with ample grassy space for the little ones' delights, and mini-golf (subject to an additional cost). ➔ Gym Don't break your exercise routine, make use of the resort's gym space, which has all the necessary basic equipment. Additional information: ￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be done until 10am. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. ￫ Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am. ￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory. ￫ The Resort has access control to the facilities.
