The apartment shares an entrance with a restaurant on the floor above. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and opening onto the balcony; another, interior (no windows) with queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (with shower). Both have air conditioning. → Living/Dining room Spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, TV, air conditioning and dining table. → Bathroom A modern bathroom with shower. → Kitchen A large kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, grill, stove, fridge, washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included) → Balcony A delightful balcony overlooking the Douro pier, with a living and dining area, as well as a wood-burning barbecue, so you can enjoy the mild climate in the best way! Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
