It’s a two-bedroom apartment: one room with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The second bedroom is separated by a thick curtain instead of a door. Both rooms share a sunny balcony. The building dates from the 1960s, with all its charm and imperfections. If you appreciate good energy, thoughtful aesthetics, and outdoor space, this could be a great fit. Every room has access to a balcony — the kitchen one is my favorite! I’m looking for someone considerate and mindful. The apartment is filled with plants and is a shoe-free space.
