You'll also be surrounded by a diverse array of shops and restaurants, offering a taste of the neighborhood's rich cultural diversity. → Building The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator Please be aware that the elevator has small dimensions and that there's a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms with a double bed, one of which is a suite with air conditioning and balcony. The remaining two rooms are interior, with no windows. → Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms with shower. One of the bathrooms has the shower, temporarily, out of order. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a comfortable sofa. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). The dining area offers a view of the neighborhood, warm natural lighting and air conditioning. Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
