The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term holiday in any season. The brand new fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 105 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4-5 people. The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and a large chest of drawers with a mirror; a large living room, featuring 1 sofa - bed and 1 sofa, big dining table, Smart TV Samsung LED - 55'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 huge sunny terraces. The living room has direct access to the huge sunny terrace with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom and kitchen have access to the second terrace with the views of the beautiful garden and 2 swimming pools. All terraces have a dining area with comfortable pillows, and the huge sunny terrace has a parasol and 2 sun loungers. Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine, fridge (all - Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine (DeLonghi Magnifica), etc. Our apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners (Haier), which can be used for both cooling and heating. What is available to the guests: Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests. Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment. We provide each guest linens and a set of towels for using in the apartment, on the pool and on the beach. Showers and toilets are available on the territory of the pools for our guests. To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds; control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms. If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair, both provided free of charge for our guests. Please notify us in advance. For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe-box for documents and valuables. We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex.
