It's a real family home — warm, lived-in, and full of personality — not a generic rental. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) with direct access to a private garden — perfect for having breakfast outside, working in the fresh air on warm mornings, or letting kids play safely. The garden has outdoor seating and gets lovely light throughout the day. Inside you'll also find a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a fan for the warm summer nights. All utilities are included in the rent: water, electricity, and internet — no surprises, no extra bills. The neighborhood is one of the few areas of Lisbon that still feels genuinely Portuguese: quiet residential streets, local cafés, pharmacies, and plenty of both Portuguese and international restaurants nearby.
