The building has been completely renovated and is located next to one of Lisbon's most charismatic viewpoints - Miradouro de St. Catarina, also known as Adamastor - with excellent views over the Tagus River and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Most of the top tourist attractions, historical landmarks, restaurants, and bars in the city are within walking distance, and you also have easy access to public transportation. The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can be quite busy and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is situated on the first floor without an elevator, in a recently renovated building in a typically Portuguese area. It's ideal for groups of friends or families who want to enjoy their stay in Lisbon in the liveliest part of the city! Car access is limited in this area, and only certified taxis (not Ubers), residents, and emergency vehicles are allowed to circulate. → Bedroom The apartment features a suite with a Queen-Size bed. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV and a sofa next to the balcony that illuminates the entire apartment during the day and offers stunning views of one of the most typical streets in Bica. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, iron, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM.
