KITCHEN & LAUNDRY - The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, such as oven & stove, large fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & capsule coffee machine. - A separate laundry area features a washing machine, electric water heater, and a vacuum cleaner. BEDROOMS - The apartment offers three bedrooms, all modern designed. - Two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed with high-quality linens, bedside tables with warm lighting, and built-in wardrobes for ample storage. - The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. - All bedrooms are equipped with electric blinds, ensuring privacy and a restful night’s sleep. Situated in Ferreiras, Albufeira, the apartment is just a short walk from the train station, offering easy connections to nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Despite regular cleaning and maintenance, small insects may appear due to the mild climate and proximity to nature, which is characteristic of the region. House rules 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment. 4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9.
