Offers two good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town, air conditioning and terrace leading on from the lounge. An ensuite bathroom and second bathroom with clothes dryer and washing machine. Fire alarm also installed. The Space The most beautiful view can be enjoyed from the terrace to the ocean and splendid views also from the master bedroom. It is a 200m walk to the nearest supermarkets and restaurants are plentiful within a 150m range. The local square, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, sunset drinks, or dinner as well as a variety of boutique shops, art gallery, hairdresser, etc. is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The private condominium has its own private swimming pool and the beach is less than 15 minutes, walking. Guest Access We offer a complementary meet and greet service until 8 pm Neighborhood The property is in a prime location that offers a blend of local charm and urban convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find an array of amenities including supermarkets, cafes, and boutique shops. The nearby Cascais Shopping Center provides a comprehensive shopping experience.
