Please note that at the entrance of the building, there are 3 steps. NOTE: Ongoing construction works in adjacent building. - Living Room A compact yet cozy living room with a sofa, TV, dining table, and kitchenette. It opens onto a small balcony that floods the space with natural light. The light tones and wooden furniture, reminiscent of 1950s design, create a light and inviting atmosphere that spreads throughout the apartment! The air conditioning ensures your comfort in any season! - Kitchenette Fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bedroom It features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe to keep all your belongings organized. Please note that it is an interior bathroom, without windows, so we advise keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the space frequently to avoid moisture buildup due to baths.
