Just 350 meters from the coastal beaches, it offers the perfect blend of a relaxed seaside atmosphere with the convenience of being only 5 km from the city center, where you can enjoy all the vibrancy of Porto. Style and Comfort: The apartment’s decor harmoniously combines classic, vintage, and modern elements, creating an elegant and inviting ambiance with a charming touch of simplicity. For colder days, the central heating system ensures maximum comfort. - Living Room The spacious living room offers stylish and comfortable leather sofas, a TV, and a decorative fireplace. Next to it, a dining area with a large table for six people. The living room opens onto a pleasant balcony, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. - Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. Two feature double beds (150cm x 200cm), and the third offers two single beds (90cm x 200cm). All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes, perfect for keeping everything organized. - Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine. - Office A dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk and chair, ideal for those who need a quiet environment to work. - Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and another with a shower. - Parking A parking space is available in the building's garage, offering convenience and security during your stay. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
