Just 15 minutes by train from Lisbon city center, it is also a great alternative for business trips and getting to know to city away from its hustle. → Building The apartment is located in the basement of an older building which, as such, has its own particularities, such as a low-power electrical system and can be more susceptible to moisture-related challenges. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has a walk-in closet. → Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table for 6, and plenty of natural lighting. → Bathrooms The apartment has two interior (no windows) bathrooms with shower. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, and Nespresso Coffee Machine (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
