Additionally, the location offers great convenience and accessibility: a supermarket is only 50 meters away, and the metro station is just 100 meters from the studio, providing quick access to Porto's city center in around 30 minutes. The airport is only 11 km away, with a 10-minute drive. To reach the studio, you’ll need to climb a flight of 12 steps. Simplicity and practicality define this cozy space, decorated with 1950s-inspired design. - Living/Sleeping Area This area features a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm), a television, and a practical workspace with adequate lighting. The ottoman bed and built-in wardrobes provide ample storage for your belongings. - Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped for preparing your favorite meals with ease. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and a Krupps Nespresso coffee machine (coffee capsules not included). - Bathroom A modern bathroom with a shower, equipped with a washer-dryer. As it is an interior room, we recommend keeping the door open whenever possible and ventilating the studio regularly to minimize humidity and potential odors. Things to Know - Water heating is provided by a water heater. If the hot water runs out, please note that you’ll need to wait for the tank to heat up again. - Wifi available through a hotspot. - Construction sites in the vicinity of the accommodation Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
