One of the double bedrooms includes its own private ensuite bathroom, offering full privacy. The second double bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the adjoining single bedroom—perfect for families or groups traveling together. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and inviting outdoor spaces ideal for relaxing, enjoying meals, or soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The property offers excellent access, secured with electric gates and private parking for added convenience.Important: Our Quinta is a spacious, fully fenced rural property with different areas that serve both residents and guests. To help everyone enjoy their stay comfortably, here is a simple overview of how the land is organized: **Private Residential Area**Two residents (including the host) live on the Quinta. This part of the property (including the agricultural area) is private and not accessible to guests. **Guest Areas (Two Independent Units)**The guest house is divided into two completely separate living spaces, each with its own outdoor space: - Upper floor: Fully private unit with its own dedicated outdoor area. - Lower floor: Fully private unit with two separate outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. Although each accommodation has its own designated outdoor space, these areas are not fenced off from one another. Because of this reason pets must be kept on a leash.
