The Space Sink into an oversized cushy sofa to relax watching your favourite program or read a book while soaking up the views from the spectacular picture windows. “Work-from-homers” will enjoy the same exceptional views from their very own home office. The interior boasts an open plan living and dining area meaning views can be enjoyed from every spot no matter the activity or time of day! This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment has beautiful views over the typical Portuguese style villas and rooftops from every room. Enjoy sea views from the master bedroom, watch the clouds rolling over the beautiful Sintra mountains in the second or wake up and roll out to the balcony from the third and enjoy the morning sun while watching the sun rise over the bay. The final bedroom, privately tucked away in its own studio space, boasts views over the Sintra mountains with its own private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and seating area. Guest Access We offer a complementary meet and greet service until 8pm. Neighborhood Nestled on R. Alegre, the property is situated in a charming and tranquil part of Estoril. The area is known for its beautiful gardens, such as the Jardim do Estoril, which is just a short walk away. Local amenities like grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are easily accessible, offering a convenient and comfortable lifestyle. The iconic Estoril Casino is also nearby, providing entertainment options for those interested. For beach lovers, the stunning Tamariz Beach is within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. Interaction We are always available but we also want you, as our guest to enjoy your own privacy, get to know your surroundings on your own, however we are just a call, a text or a visit away! Other things to note Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee: From 20:00 to 23:00 - €30.00 After 23:00 - €60.00 Tourist Tax: Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals.
