The Space The living room and dining room are open plan and have a wonderfully modern and fully equipped kitchen just off the living area and with access also to the balcony. Spacious en suite bedroom has its own private bathroom and dressing area. Guest bathroom at entrance hall and plenty of additional closet space. Sofa bed makes the apartment perfect for a family with 2 small children. Easy access to this 3rd floor apartment via lift and offers a service lift for heavier items or removing waste items. The apartment boasts both heating and cooling systems and automated black out blinds. Guest Access We will meet you at the property upon your arrival or you will be given access via our housekeeper and welcomer team shortly after your check-in. Neighborhood The apartment is located in one of the best locations, just on the waterfront with lovely paths for walking, jogging or cycling. You can be at Casa da Guia in a few minutes in one direction and the marina in a few minutes in the opposite direction. A great choice of shops, cafes, bakeries. supermarkets and specialty shops are just a short distance walk from here. Other things to note Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.
