The house has two fronts (south and north) and about 100 m2: 1 living room with satellite tv, 4 rooms (2 double beds on the top floor + 3 single beds on the ground floor), 1 wc with shower, 1 kitchen with fridge, gas oven, micro-wave oven, washing machine and all kitchen tools. Includes sheets and towels. Hosts a maximum of 7 adults. Outside there’s a ground terrace with 30 m2, barbecue, shower and 700 m2 of private land looking over the sea. Has a private parking lot for 2 cars. Price per week: 700 € (7 nights for a max. of 7 adults) Payment terms: 50% of total cost in advance (to insure the booking confirmation) + 50% of total cost upon arrival + 100 € of refundable guarantee.
