The nearest village is a 5-minute drive with grocery, pharmacy, and café. Coimbra, Portugal's third-largest city, is 30 minutes by car with hospitals, a university, restaurants, and a train station connecting to Lisbon and Porto. Walking and cycling trails start directly outside the property. This is a quiet, rural setting surrounded by farmland and nature. A car is essential. Children are only allowed to use the pool with parental supervision. There is NO DIVING in the pool as it is not deep enough for diving. There is no glassware by the pool.
