This 3 bedroom, all of them ensuite, luxurious apartment is a joyful trip in itself. Each division, from room to room, has been carefully curated in discrete luxury and elegance. Located in the old world charm of sophisticated Estoril, a few minutes walk from the beach, where you are sure to enjoy the quiet of the cosy neighbourhood within short walking distance to restaurants, and across the main boulevard street to the ocean. The Space Very complete 3 bedroom apartment, all ensuite with own bathroom. A glamourous open space with living, dining and kitchen area in top notch style and modern amenities. Superb finishings and decor make this apartment very special. Fully equipped for making your own meals, and should the weather be fine, which mostly it is in Portugal, enjoy the veranda, and the scenery either with a good book or just take the time to take it all in. You are sure to return home, relaxed, inspired and filled with saudade for this very special Deluxe Monte Estoril. And the sooner you return the better. Guest Access We offer a free meet and greet service until 8pm. Neighborhood The area around the apartment is charming and offers a real glimpse of the Portuguese well heeled lifestyle. On the corner you have a very local restaurant with an outdoor terrace and it is an absolute must. Be sure to book as it is always popular among locals and visitors alike. The five minute walk to the oceanfront is a beautiful tree lined street with a view of the sea as you stroll down. At the bottom of that road is a lovely Italian restaurant serving the finest Italian dishes imaginable. Our house manual will have more tips and suggestions on your arrival. Other things to note Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee: From 20:00 to 23:00 - €30.00 After 23:00 - €60.00 Tourist Tax: Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. This tax contributes to the maintenance of local facilities and applies to tourists regardless of nationality. It is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the respective municipalities/regions. Rates can vary from year to year and between different councils.
