Located in a prime location, it has easy access to all the best that Porto has to offer. → Building The apartment is on the fourth floor of a high-end building, located on one of Porto's most emblematic avenues. → Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another with two individual beds, both with balcony. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and rain shower. → Living Room The bright living room with balcony features a smart TV, dining table and an elegant sofa. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Garage The apartment offers a parking garage for 5€ per day. The request must be done with at least 48 hours in advance. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered.
