The new, modern kitchen has all the appliances needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals that can also be enjoyed outside on the balcony with a dining area and a barbecue grill.

- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe;
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds;
- 1 bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer is at your disposal;
- Amenities, towels, and bed linen included;
- 3 balconies with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve breeze. There is also a BBQ grill;
- A garage for 1 car with a Tesla charger;
NOTE: LovelyStay informs that the property is located close to other properties, so there may be noise from outside, for which the Host cannot be held responsible.
House rules:
1. Please make yourself at home!
2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).

Altura is a parish in Castro Marim, in the Algarve, and is a tourist destination for countless Portuguese and foreign visitors looking for the best that the Algarve has to offer. The beach with its fine sand and clear, warm waters is a must-go, where you can also rent sports equipment while enjoying the good weather and the pleasant Algarve sunshine
In Altura's restaurants it is possible to enjoy fish, seafood and sweets, making this an excellent gastronomic experience.

The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. It is important to mention that Check-ins after 9 PM are subject to a €15 surcharge, and from 11 PM to a €30 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival, in order to cover transportation costs thereafter.
