In Alfama, you'll have the opportunity to experience authentic Lisbon – wander through narrow cobblestone streets and immerse yourself in the soul-stirring sounds of Fado. Alfama is a touristy area with a lot of activity throughout the day, especially due to the various restaurants and cafes. Therefore, noise is to be expected. During the month of June, the annual Santos Populares festivities take place in the streets, significantly increasing noise and the influx of people. - Building A compact and traditional house, which opens directly onto the street, in the historic Alfama neighborhood in Lisbon. Recently renovated to incorporate modern comforts, it is ideal for small families or groups of friends who appreciate the vibrant atmosphere that characterizes Alfama. The house is located on a cobblestone street accessible exclusively by foot - the nearest car access is about 80 meters away. - Living Room A small and cozy living area with a sofa and TV. - Kitchenette In an open space with the living room, it is equipped with an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bathroom Bathroom with a shower. - Bedrooms On the upper floor, accessed by stairs (note that the stairs do not have side railings), you'll find two bedrooms. One with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and another with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a work desk. Additional Information: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am.
